The International Medieval Combat Federation held its fifth world championship event in the spring of 2018 at Scone Palace in Scotland, UK, and USA Knights, the original American team for international competition in medieval combat, made thair last full-team appearance there! This was the largest IMCF event ever, with fighters coming from nations as far away as Ukraine, China, and Thailand! The level of the game has skyrocketed since the previous documentary, shot in 2015 at Malbork, Poland. Teams that were just getting their feet wet have become true powerhouses in the sport, while brand new teams are showing up to prove their mettle! The sheer size of this event and the number of matches the Americans fought is unprecedented. It takes four disks to capture all the action! And what action it is! Both men and women from the USA compete in singles matches in polearm, longsword, and sword and shield, as well as melees of 3, 5, 10, and 16 people to a side, plus the wild "all-on-all" matches in which fighters from all over the world join in! There are plenty of in-depth interviews with the leaders and members of the team, giving valuable insight into the sport and why these men and women do it.
